Shipping is an independent service that we offer. There are no standard rates or methods to use. We aim to help our clients find the best shipping offer.

If you have ordered through our USA entity or online then a quote will be provided for that shipping. Sometimes the USA doesn’t have enough product or specific products that you require, thus the fulfilment of the order may have to be done through Kenya.

Kenya: Shipping from Kenya can be very easy. We do our best to help our Kenyan clients get free shipping when purchasing online.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Customs, Duties, and Taxes. Ocean Sole is not responsible for any customs clearance charges, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (e.g., taxes, tariffs, VAT).

We do provide estimates of taxes and duties at checkout for the following countries: Canada and United Kingdom.

Buyer is solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of the destination country.
