What does the portal give me access to?
Upon signing in, the portal mimics our retail store but reflects our wholesale pricing, a live feed of available wholesale inventory, and the ease of checkout. Additional sales tools are also accessible while signed into your account - including our 2023 product catalog, a wholesaler FAQ and many more sales tools coming soon!
I have an account, what’s next?
We have tagged your customer account on our end so as long as you are logged in, you can view the SHOP through our menu navigation in the top left corner of your screen to browse and checkout as you would on the retail side.
What does shipping look like on the portal?
While checking out you will not be charged for shipping, only for the product, it will be calculated and invoiced via email after you place your order. Once you complete the shipping invoice, we will finish packing your order and it will be on its way! You will receive notification that your order has shipping with your tracking number included.
How will I receive my receipt?
You will automatically receive one after you place your order on the website (minus the cost of shipping) and will receive a copy of the shipping invoice once that has been paid. If you would like to request a commercial invoice for your records, please let us know and we will send a separate commercial invoice via email in the form of a PDF.
What if I want to shop retail, will I always see wholesale pricing on your website?
No, only when you are logged into your account will you be able to see wholesale pricing and collateral. If you logout you will be able to view the site as any retail customer would.
What are the order minimums?
If you are located within North America, it is $400, anywhere outside of that is $500 as it ships from the Kenyan office. Make sure you are aware of your order minimum as you will not be able to move from the cart page to checkout without acknowledging the terms and conditions and meeting your qualifying minimum inventory amount in your cart.
Do you offer net terms?
Yes we do. You have to place or have placed 2 successful orders to gain access to net terms on your 3rd order. If you are currently qualified your account should reflect it and if it doesn’t please reach out to us so we can fix it for you!
