THE PROCESS

♻️ How It Works: From Trash to Treasure

Follow the journey of a flip-flop. From discarded waste in Kenya to meaningful art around the world.

Collected
Flip-flops are gathered from beaches, waterways, and landfills across Kenya — rescued before they reach the ocean.
Cleaned
Each one is hand-washed and sorted at our workshop to prepare it for transformation.
Crafted
Our artisans carve, sand, and shape the flip-flops into bold sculptures — using skills passed down and perfected.
Celebrated
The finished pieces find new homes around the world, bringing beauty, impact, and conversation to every space they enter.
